When you call us about a problem, we inspect the whole roof system carefully, including shingles, flashing, ventilation, and the roof edge, and show you exactly what we find. One homeowner called us convinced their roof was leaking; the real culprit was ventilation and condensation, and we told them so instead of selling them a roof.

When a repair is needed, we fix the cause, not just the symptom. On a recent rear-roof leak during heavy San Francisco rain, we traced the water to a failing gutter and deteriorated roof-edge wood, then replaced the damaged boards, added underlayment, and finished with flashing and a durable rubber membrane sealed over the gutter edge for a tight waterproof seal.
